Pre-requisites for Skating Sessions

CanSkate – 3 years of age or above, no skating experience necessary. Must wear approved helmet.

Junior STAR (CanSkate level 6, STAR 1 and 2) – Must have passed CanSkate Level 5

Intermediate STAR (STAR 3 & 4) – Must have passed any one of the following: Preliminary Free skate, Preliminary Skill, Preliminary Dance set, Junior Bronze Dance set.

Senior STAR (STAR 5 and Above) – Must have passed Junior Bronze free skate test. Skaters aged 18 years and above must have passed Senior Bronze Skills.

 

NOTE:  If you are unsure which level to register for, please check with your child’s base coach or email the club prior to enrollment. Base coaches may move skaters at their discretion where justified.
